Melts.

I'm really sorry for not blogging properly. I'll do as soon as the wedding is over. Now, they're building tents in my garden. It looks like a circus right now with red and white stripped canopies.

Well, just to say how much I'm sorry again, I'll just post something here.

He's my latest obsession. Hah.

Bye, xoxo.

A wedding is scary.

I so scared that I don't wanna get married anymore. So many freaking things to do and the worst thing is it's not my wedding. I try not to get myself entangled into the wedding planning but they pulled me in. That's because -believe it or not- I'm the only one who knows and can type Chinese. Fights ensued. Different opinions surfaced. The bride is not in Malaysia. The groom doesn't care. The planner is inexperienced. The elders complain. If this wedding goes well dear uncle, you'll actually have to do more than belanja us makan.

You gotta help me!

Before you pelt with bad eggs for not blogging, please spare me a few of minutes and hear about my plight. I'm flying off to Switzerland tomorrow night and I have no idea what to pack. My parents and I will be separated at the airport and I will be staying with my friend, Nina.

I went shopping with my mum yesterday and hopefully, got everything I need.

1. Thermal wear. I still got mine from the last trip. I only got the top and am contemplating whether to get the bottom.Last time I went, it was in June so the weather was pretty much like Genting.

See that white patch of thing? That's the over long sleeve of the thermal wear. It was of middle length, up till my elbow. It's so hideous and I was grumbling over it, coveting my mum's sleeveless thermal wear at times but now, I think I need the long sleeved one.

2. Coat. ARGH. Coat. I got Zoe Wyn's beige one but is one enough? I don't know. The temperature in Zurich is about 3-15 Celcius so I think I might need another one. Dad said if I need another one, I could just go get one there. I saw a pretty nice coat at Universal Traveller but the price is just exorbitant. HELP ME.

3. Layers of clothes. Yes. This one. How many layers of clothes should I wear? I only have 2 long sleeved tops in my luggage. One is the MNG Basic black long sleeved top and the other one is a nice pink top I got from Nike. That's all the long-sleeved stuff I posessed. PLEASE tell me how many more should I get.

4. Skin care. What brand of moisturizer should I use? My dermatologist suggested that I use Physiogel daily  but Physiogel is for the warm tropical weather in Malaysia, not in some unwelcomingly chilling weather. I placed the smaller tub of Vaseline in my backpack and put the large tub in my luggage for safety measures. I'm still in Malaysia yet my lips is already cracking. Damn rainy weather.

I bought a whole new tube of Palmer's Olive Butter Formula with Vitamin E Lotion yesterday and chucked the whole thing in my luggage. I learnt the hard way that you must not neglect to moisturise your neck. I find that lotion pretty good and has been using it for some time. I packed 4 Neutogena Deep Hydrating Mask. I don't care if I went to the extreme. I just don't want my rash to be back during my uncle's Malaysia wedding.

Sunblock???????? I totally fail at this section. I heard that even though it is snowing, you can still get sunburned. I totally despise Banana Boat's super greasy sunblock and have yet find a substitute for this. Is SUNPLAY ok?

5. Sunglasses. A smart ass once told me that snow reflects sunlight and blablabla end of the story, it'll damage your eyes. So now I gotta go to optometrist's too.

6. Food. I find the food there very salty so I'm gonna bring my super reliable Maggi Mee Cup there. Muahaha.

:) Last day

Whoa, one year just passed like that! Bam! Joelle is flying off tonight while I'm flying off tomorrow.

BYE PEOPLE!

It's amazing. One minute we're moaning about the crazy workload now we're hugging goodbye. Sigh.

Xin Wen is not going to school too. Good luck in your exam Xin Wen. I really mean it this time. You got my blessings. Pass that thing for me :)

I like this time of the year :)

Oh yeah. Finals are over and where else would we spent the remaining days in that damn school apart from the court? The inter-class sport competition ended today and take it from me, it was great fun.

Everyone went all out to win something for the class, perhaps for glory or for the love for the sport but we A class had a different aim. We wanted to prove that we're not only excel accademically, we can play ball too. Hah, and we did :)

All of us turned a shade darker but it was worthed it. I got an earful from my dad. The first thing he said after 3 days of not seeing him ( he was in Taiwan) was: "YOU! Why did you turn so dark? Do you not know that you have a wedding to attend? You yourself know that your skin is sensitive and you still went under the sun! ..." Heh, the usual.

But just for the record, I did took precautions. I applied more sunblock than anyone else, enough to get a skin cancer. I think I finished that whole bottle. Oh oh, and Yiwen aka Miss-I-don't-apply-sunblock-because-ew-and-I'm-so-fair-why-should-I-apply? oh yeah, she applied sunblock too! A miracle I tell ya.

Yiwen applying sun lotion unwillingly. I thought someone had to tie her up to actually rub it into her skin but then again, nobody's bothered. She can get dark for all I care.

So, Yiwen and I ponteng class by being the back up for practically everything. Basically, being a back up is just a neat excuse lazy people (like me) use to play traunt. I do not want to stay in class and hear geo teacher saying; "If you say I love you to water, the particles would be pretty;if you say you hate it, it would turn messy."

No.

Even though the PE teacher had to come chasing after us to ask us go back to class, we wouldn't budge. We stayed hidden behind a bas instead. We're such geniuses. Besides, it served as a time to take awesome pictures.

The protruding knee was actually Yeo Xin's. She has an issue with taking photos in her PE outfit.

Filiz has no problem at all. See the white thing at the bottom? That's camera shy yeo xin. Hard to believe.

Besides, Yeo Xin gave us a pep talk so the time was not wasted. Hah, see teacher? we're doing something berfaedah. I've been dropping Malay words in my speech left, right and middle these days but still get a B for lisan. Someone tell me why.

Listening attentively to Xin Wen's prep talk. Posers. As you can see, we're behind a bas :) What? It provided shade. Btw, the black thing at the left bottom of the photo is Yeo Xin's hair.

After some time, they finally let us out to play :) All of us began to do some warm up exercises and Filiz did some pretty weird stuff. Haha.

Do you know her? Never seen her before in my life.

When it got hot, everyone coughme, yiwencough went into the shade and left them to pratice in the sweltering heat. :D

Yiwen and Joelle

They serving under the boiling sun.

I like the look on Jess's face :D

Filiz drained her energy doing stuff like

and

That she actually feel asleep.Seriously.

Heh.

After fooling around for god knows how long, the match finally started.

Fyi, the beauty in this picture is that it's blur.

By first half :D

Woo. Guess who won?

US! But we lost the next day, but that's ok.

Victory photo.

After that?

Well, this post is for those volleyballers that worked so hard yet Lady Luck was not on their side. But I suppose there's always next year. Oh yeah, XIN WEN! you! I hope you fail. Bleh.

Iish. I'm sorry. I hope you pass and have fun in your new school :) but I still want you to fail

We performed tremendously well this time. We are the champion for the girls' ping pong and basketball :D wheee. In basketball, we beat D class by a 3 marks margin. 44-41 :) Guys volleyball finals was fun to watch.

Today was funny. Filiz forgot to keep the numbered vest and the teacher kept it. They want RM 15 for one and there's 11 so eveyone was pretty bummed and frustrated. In the end, we stole it :D

Nah, Filiz went and asked. Our punishment was 25 bucks, pick up garbage and write an apology letter. The picking up garbage was fun. Lol. ( If you hear closely, you can hear yiwen chiding me: "Tai Suyee Sophia! Everything is nothing but a game to you is it?" )

After the victorious match, Xin Wen dropped the bomb. She was all: 'Come! I wanna tell you guys something." I still jokingly went: "Wait, don't tell me you're pregnant. Who's the dad?" But noooo, it's something much worse. She's changing schools next year. T.T Don't go. Please.

Oh, now only I know I rate Xin Wen changing schools much much more worse than her getting pregnant underaged. 0.0

We skipped art to go down. Then, it started raining. We stayed in the shade until we saw the PE teacher. Lol. We ran and hide because although we are unsure if we're able to stay there but ello, we're picking up rubbish wheih.

The other class was there too so we just blend in and haha, picking rubbish is actually walking around the basketball court in the rain. Nice. Then, Yao Xin began prancing around with a pink umbrella. All the guys were trying to peek from behind her. "Who is that?" Haha.

Then, Bintang just had to go learn from her. Haha. He catwalked and posed like a girl :D He learnt well. It was hilarious.

So that was what happened today.

sophiatai :)

ps: i suppose you would to see me for 2 more days before I'm gone :)

HEh.

SOPHIA TAI IS BACK AND THIS TIME, SHE'S ANGRY! Ok, that's not entirely true but it would make a great line to run alongside at the bottom of a poster if this were a movie.

Ahem, so I was saying, I got the perfect excuse for not blogging this time. Because I've got no time. It's true. One would think that one can sit back and relax after the big finals but noooo, instead you just got busier. My preliminary slant towards life after finals was supposed to be affable and laid-back but it was all uptight instead.

First we got the ballgames which caused a huge mayhem due to a stereotype. It's really unfair to us and we got really upset. It may be true that our class is not that outstanding in sports but that doesn't mean you get to poke fun at us. It's exactly the same theory like how we're wrong to say: "That class ah, stupid one la." Anyway, she apologized and it's over. I really hope that next year nothing of this sort would happen. Yo, what happened to good sportsmanship?

Muahahahhahahaha. I'm off to Bangkok on Friday, which also means that I'm not here from Friday onwards. Muahahha, you people are still tuck in school while I'm either shopping my ass off or chilling in a pool or playing tennis. :DDDD

But it's not all sun and sea. There's alot of work to do. Eek.

After that, I'll be flying off to Switzerland to attend my guai lou gong gong's retirement party but I doubt taht he'll ever retire. The man is fit as a horse.

My uncle's wedding over here will take place soonly after.

And perhaps a family trip to Taiwan :) Haha. All of us were going: "Eh, have your honeymoon in Taiwan la."

Haha. If so, he and his new bride will never have a moment to themselves. Later, at night, in the middle of a heated moment (ew), ding dong! "Do you have any toothpaste?"

Or even better, all of us barging in, going: "Wah, suite weihh! Got jacuzzi and mini bar wor! Come let's play chor tai di!" :P I'm evil.

In the resraurant...

"Did I mention how beau..."
From the next table, "Psst, can you past the ketchup?"
or
"Eh, I cannot finish la, help me finish." and pass the plate :D

So basically, I'm gonna be uber-busy this holiday so updates would be scarce. Nah, hopefully, I'll drag my lasy ass here to blog.

And please, go check out www.mixandcharm.blogspot.com updated with new stuff :)

Lastly, I wanna show you something. Do you know what my sister did? She actually...

tatooed my left arm with Hello Kitty =.=
